Woman on self checkout today at 5:45 decided to make my life hard and took my basket, I wanted to carry my stuff to my bike at the door but she said no and snatched it. Power trip or what, some people choose to be cnnuts others are born that way.

Store is nice but why do you guys keep closing the footbridge entrance off of Overcliffe?? It was shut this morning and it was shut the other day too. Quite annoying to keep having to go all the way round. Especially when carrying shopping!

We used to really like Asda Gravesend but it seems to be going downhill rapidly. Outside areas are so dirty now, stock levels are rubbish, I know there has been some supply and demand issues with certain products but it seems extreme in this store, other stores are not having the issues this store seem to have, if there is stock available on the top shelf which hasn't been put out despite an empty shelf, staff seem very put out if you ask for help to get it down, shame as we used to like coming to this Asda but find we just avoid the place now as we're always left with a list of stuff we can't get and just feels unwelcoming.

Why is this store even open! There's more items on the shelves in the Ukraine at the moment. Rude online shopping staff barging past to grab the last items on already bare shelves. Has the apocalypse started and nobody told me? Are zombies coming without my knowledge? It's like a scene from the Walking Dead! On top of that it seems there is a company memo about plastic bag theft because you have to ask for bags now...rather than pick your own like an adult!I stood at the kiosk for over 5 minutes whilst 3 very cheerful employees had a good chin wag about their day only to be told they were closed.Well done ASDA....your Gravesend store is a beacon to all that is great...pat yourselves on the back for a horrendous experience all round. Sainsburys here I come.YoursA very local resident

Large store with wide range of clothing. Crisp aisle was pretty much empty at 6.30pm on Saturday 06.11.2021. All fireworks sold out - this is what I went in for. Ample parking, 2 storey car park near entrance to store.McDonald's was not busy, lots of seating with partitions up. Some order screens not working but it wasn't busy.Was pleasantly surprised to see a post office in Asda!

Find the shelves under stocked since covid when doing a weekend shop regardless of time going.Went late last night and the shelf packers had boxes and products all over the floors which made getting around a bit difficult at times. Appreciate that they need to place what stock they do have on the shelves bit for the disabled and partially sighted etc it wasn't good.

My son is Autistic and so we need a little extra support when shopping - the staff are always kind and welcoming. My only gripe is that the marked prices don’t always match the actual prices which is frustrating when shopping on a budget. I use the scan and go to avoid overspending but it would be nice if the prices were more accurate. Thank you to all the staff who support my son.

what cAn I say>>>good old ASDA.george clothing's getting more expensive but goo quality. no changing room though.staff are always helpful and friendly.customer service: a bit of a wait.post office available, McDonalds available, bureau de change available. opticians and pharmacy also available.the store needs to improve on their medication supply>>> rarely any on counter.I enjoy shopping here. using the blue light card is also a good thing.

It was a struggle to get a trolley. There wasnt any 'Scan and Go' machines and it took about 10 minutes before any came. The store was quite messy with lots of produce stuck in the aisle. Too many staff members, doing the 'online shopping' orders and not enough on the checkouts!It's really gone downhill which is disappointing.
