We are regular weekly shoppers. 9.30 in the morning and only 1 till open and queue forming as usual. I know staff have to have a break but the tills are badly managed at the moment. Secondlythe single exit gate which customers need to exit from customer service desk has been deliberately hidden so exit access is denied. This has been like this for weeks now. This is against fire regulations and would cause panic in a fire escape. The store manager needs to investigate this breach urgently!

Awful. I tried to return an item from F&F. I didn't have my receipt but asked for a gift card so I could get some shopping. So in theory, an exchange- my return for a brocoli. Cam, the Duty Shift Manager was rude and patronising as were the other ladies on the Customer Service Desk (clue in the title). I was denied my gift card as the policies had changed.. go and look them up on the Internet". I did that and pointed out that the return policy doesn't say I COULDN'T have a gift card

I have always find the staff in the petrol kiosk to be rude and ignorant, no please or thank you. I have started buying my fuel from Asda, where you're met with a smile and by well mannered staff

Just been in to tesco to get fuel, Clifford bridge road. The rude woman served me, threw my card at me, didn't say please or thank you. Awful woman then shouted at me in front of other customers. I spend over £100 a week in there, I will take my custom to Asda in future.

Always been happy with this store and the staff until 10th Feb 2023 when I approached the reduced shelfs the member of staff sarah was extremely rude to me saying I can not take anything from the shelf until she had finished I did ask why and she replied so it's fair to everyone.I replied somebody has to be first and I do not see any posters saying I can not purchase any items.The staff member replied that is how we do it.2 minutes later people were helping there selves with the reduced items and the staff member sarah said nothing.This behaviour is not acceptable. !!!

Staff is absolutely rude, they laughed on my back, I couldn’t see the promotional on the till, so I asked them to check and it was there, they laughed, gossiped rudely. Those people have to be fired. Never again coming to this Tesco. Another Tesco near Ricoh Arena is much better!
