All of the staff my wife and I have come across at the practice have been friendly, attentive, and informative. They did a great job caring for our cat, Meeko, who suffered a major tramautic accident. I'm happy to have this practice so close to home.

Really friendly and sweet staff :) Was my first time taking my pet rabbit into a vets so I was a bit nervous but I felt reassured and that my bun was in good hands. Very supportive, informative and genuinely care for animals.

We were a bit sceptical after reading the low reviews but decided to trust a close friend and give this branch a try.We brought our 10 weeks old puppy for vaccinations, and we were met with lots of warmth, treats, and attention from the staff.Doggo was thoroughly examined, and all of our concerns and questions were well addressed.The puppy later went to sleep on the examination table (that should indicate to pet owners the level of positive treatment animal was exposed to, so she felt safe to go for a nap).

I would avoid this place at all costs.Although the vet himself was a nice enough chap I felt totally over charged - compared to Fitzgerald’s in catford and overall ripped off.The place it self is a bit of a dive and I definitely didn’t have a great vibe from the offset.Not only that but they 100% sold my details to third party advertising leading to at least 10 daily emails from random companies.I would Recommend Fitzgerald’s in catford any day.
