IMO Car Wash

First time using this garage . Bailey was brilliant. I didn't know which wax etc I needed it goes from £9 to £19 . He said the lowest one would be good . Makes a change not to be sold the most expensive. Definitely recommend

I hardly ever do reviews but will do one today. I went for the £11 wash and I wishes I had not bothered. Checked car when parking up in Bosconbe to discover smears all the over car etc. I could have rubbed the car over myself to clear them. Tried to call to complain. Phone cuts off. Not driving back today so will drop in tomorrow asking for a refund.Update. Went back the next day. Showed Lee the photos who initially said I should go back to head office but he then offered to clean the car on a basic wash which I agreed to. I was happy to be offered this service so have amended my review.

This is a tuff review as the car wash itself is excellent and some of the staff are really hard workers, I'm giving 2 stars as the consistency of the car wash totally depends on what member of staff you get. 1 gentleman wearing glasses really could not put less effort in if he tried. Again depending on what member of staff you get depends on what service you get as glasses man and a young tiny girl forget to pre wash the wheels even with the £13 wash, the reason I go back is 1 guy is excellent which is why I gave 2 stars without him I would have given 0.

Easy to use car wash, prices ok but was a little disappointed with the finish. Water marks and front wheels not fully cleaned

Convenient and efficient car wash with pleasant staff. Getting a bit pricey these days.

This car wash is great. I went for the Ceramic XTR and my car came out lovely and shiny and now it feels protected from the elements. Will be going again for sure!

Good choice of washes and waxes. Convenient, quick, and good value. There is a parking area inside the property before exit from the site. This allows a final wipe of windows and wheels. Valeting services are offered but to date I have only used the automatic car wash.

Paid £19 for their most expensive drive-through wash service, the Ceramic XTR, and when I left, there was still multiple bird droppings on my roof, and my car was covered in water marks and streaks. I have seen no difference in result between their cheap eco option and this newest, expensive addition. Disappointed that the lads couldn't even get some bird poo off my roof at the price I paid.

Car wash rails damaged freshly refurbished rims, cannot prove it happened here as I didn’t get the receipt but 100% was the case, if you have expensive wheels avoid!
