I use to love this salon it's a shame it has changed ownership now.The lady that did my hair before the change,(Lisa) was brilliant, she had so much knowledge and I trusted her implicitly, she was always honest about the possibility of what I wanted done and the pricing was very good.The last time I visited the salon a lady did my colour but she didn't re bleach anything, just put the colour straight on top. It didn't seem to last as long as it had previously. She was very messy (she even said so herself!) She didn't wipe the dye off my skin properly so I had huge patches I had to scrub for days trying to get rid of it. She also got dye all over the chair, which I was unaware of until I got home, only to find out it was all over my clothes!Needless to say the huge price increases and the lack of care has made me find another salon. I would not go back.

I took up Laura's offer of an appointment with Naomi who was looking for models to practice her short hair cuts on...well what can I say..Thank You so much to Laura and more importantly, Naomi. I love what you've done and I hope I was able to boost your confidence, because you have certainly helped me turn a corner. I feel wonderful.Laura's encouraging words to Naomi were wonderful to hear as well. The sign of a well managed team.

I can't praise enough the attention to detail and friendly and professional treatment I received today with Leah. My hair needed a well overdue cut and the condition was poor. Leah spent a long time on conditioning and going through my colour choices for my next visit. Very impressed with my blow dry too and feel fully confident for my next visit. Thankyou Leah! Sue x

I had a wash cut and blowdry with your stylist sally. She was absolutely Lovely. She made me feel so welcome and made me feel like im in safe hands. She is very knowledgeable about colour as i was discussing with her about going blonde. My hair was in a bad state but sally brought my hair back for me. I am so so pleased with it. Please pass this message onto sally she is amazing at what she does 10/10 thank you xx

Fabulous salon! I had a cut and blow-dry with Sally today and she was fantastic, she made me feel very welcome and at ease, did exactly as I asked and showed her, this will definitely be my new salon! Very happy customer.
