Very happy with the service. Quick and clean installation, they came on bank holiday as was my unique available day. Very friendly and respectful team. High quality material. No cables/wires crossing thru the living room, all them are under the carpet. High quality image from the cameras. Definitely I recommend them. Thinking to call them again to put a motion light on the side wall of te building. 10/10

Barry and his team at Thorpe Security were first rate, excellent kit and quality of work at a fair price. Very responsive and thorough throughout, navigating a number of installation issues arising from our property and always delivering solutions and not bothering us with problems!Barry undertook a thorough assessment of our house and told us what we did need (and equally importantly what we didn’t need) and his post installation service and responsiveness has been first class. I couldn’t recommend Barry and his team more.

Baz and Mark came along to review our alarm and suggested a change to system , they came on time and did a quick, clean and efficient job. Very professionaly executed and very helpful, they also installed our CCTV a few years ago and we have no complaints, happy with their work.

Recommended by a neighbour when we had issues in our new home with existing burglar alarm system. Quick, reliable, friendly customer service. Approached Baz at Thorpe Security Systems about faults on our alarm system. We'd reported the fault to the alarm supplier but after 2 month it had not been rectified. The service we received from TSS was first rate. Even though he was not too familiar with our system he made it his business to get he necessary information. He came when he said he would and repaired the system plus installed a Wi-Fi card so we could operate the alarm via an App. I would highly recommend TSS to anyone with an alarm issue or requiring advice about a new system if required.

Barrie provided and installed our CCTV system. He did a good job and ensured everything was working OK including the CCTV app on our phones. He also has serviced out alarm annually ensuring it is in tip top condition as is our CCTV system. He also has given great after service like when changing our mobile phones helping us to input correct settings on the app. I highly recommend his services and he is reasonably priced.

Excellent service. Started out with some really good advice over the phone with my alarm that couldn’t be silenced. This necessitated a visit from Baz who was in the process of making repairs when I asked for a quote on a new system. Ended up having a new alarm fitted as well as a CCTV system and a video doorbell. All installed very tidily. Baz was also quick to return a few days later to resolve a couple of gremlins.
