Emergency Electrician Ipswich

We had a power outage in an area of the house, We called this electrician and were delighted they could come so quickly and had the problem resolved within an hour. Very professional, punctual and skilled.

Still waiting for an invoice weeks after one of their electricians came to my property. I’ve rung numerous times to be told the area manager will be in touch and i’m still waiting for the manager to call. Avoid if you’re a tenant and the landward needs a receipt for proof.

Called them at 11.30am for an emergency electrician. Was promised one will certainly come within 30mins to an hour. 1.5hrs later noone showed up. Contacted them again, the apologised and booked a 3pm arrival. 3.30pm noone showed up. Got a call back to hear that they can't get hold of their electrician. I mean 5 wasted hours!!!! If you can not come or too busy just say that!
