I own a wine store and needed my AC moved to a new shop before the recent heatwave. Shaun, Ash, Jack and the entire HAR team went above and beyond to ensure I was ready in time and my stock didn't spoil. This is the 2nd time I’ve used HAR. Today I had a ducted system fitted to 2 upstairs rooms. The engineers and electrician were superb. Told they’d arrive at 8.30am, and they were both parked outside before 8.25am. Started promptly and grafted all day. Everyone was so friendly and professional, and the equipment and install is second to none. Shaun is a pleasure to do business with, and I’ll only ever use him. I trust him and his staff completely, and he really knows his stuff. All companies should operate like this! Thanks again. :-)

We wanted to have Air-conditioning fitted in our house so I looked for three local companies to quote, out of the three HAR came across as having the most experience and offered me more than one solution, Shaun explained why certain units were not suitable for my application due to the room layout in which I had never considered. I did not any of this advice or feedback from the other two suppliers they just quoted what I asked for. When we decided to go with HAR the process was quick and a date was given, we choose DAIKIN air conditioning units one for our lounge and one for our landing, they came as standard with wifi control which is very easy to use. The installation was on time and only took one day Shaun, Liam and Jack turned up at 8:30am and were finished by 4:00pm they all worked in a professional manner after the installation you could not tell they had been they cleaned up very efficiently and left the house how they found it. We are very happy with the service and product we choose and would not hesitate to recommend HAR.

Great service and great bunch of people, multi system for 4 bedrooms and a single system for another separate room all installed and commissioned. Very happy with the result, nice cold rooms, totally silent units and the installation went perfectly with no issues what so ever. Very professional install team, polite and contentious. If you’re looking for new or maintained Aircon you won't go wrong asking these guys.

I would award more stars if I could! Absolutely amazing from initial phone enquiry through to installation aftercare, complete professionalism throughout. The entire team were polite, friendly, well mannered and extremely considerate of our two small children, leaving everything clean and tidy. If like us you struggle to cool your house down during the heatwaves each year, then I would highly recommend Hinckley Air Conditioning.

Shaun was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and was great help in selecting the right products for our needs.The quote was very reasonable and they arrived on time to do the installation. They completed the work in a timely fashion and kept all the areas that they worked in very clean.We are very happy with the installation and the products.We would definitely recommend this company for fitting air conditioning.

brillaint, cannot recomend highly enough.on-time (to the minute), professional, interesting, helpful, cleand and tidy work, informtive, helpful and went above and beyond. even went back to chnage the unit so it wsa a better colour fit...very polite, superb manners and gave lots of advice.. would use again in a heart beat... thank you...
