Good service but could do with work doing on the floor to make it more safe for people when walking around as a very good variety of products for dogs

The best Aquatic store in formby and around it!! Staff are really helpful and know tons about the aquatics. Very low prices and it beats online! Definitely 5 star without a doubt. Bought all my goldies here to and my neighbour has a goldfish that was bought here and has lived for 10+ years.

Smashing pet shop one of the best in the North West fantastic selection very reasonable prices and friendly staff if only buying Christmas presents for humans was this easy. My goodness this shop just gets better and better in panto terms its an aladins cave well done

Good selection, multiple items bought out of date, couple of toys bought lasted minutes, broken dryer left dog leaving wet (still charged us, albeit discounted), sometimes very nice staff, sometimes not. I did notify the shop of the out of date treats, 3 times in fact, they were never labelled. I brought 1 toy back - got an argument!

Found this little gem of a pet store, it is full of wonderful treats for your pets, been here a couple of times, both times have been served by the same member of staff (tall, dark hair, glasses) I have tried to have conversation with him but he has no interest and does not interact, maybe we have caught him on a bad day (twice), won't put us off though

What a place! I was after a new parrot cage and the staff were more than helpful. They had a great catalogue to choose from. I ordered the one I was after and within 4 days the cage was ready for me to collect, already assembled which really helped me out.Cheers
