I’m not sure what happened this time because all the other reviews of Ryan and his work seem to be very positive. Unfortunately our experience of him wasn’t quite the same. He actually advised us after a few visits that he wouldn’t be coming again because of the cats muck which was around the garden. We have a very elderly cat with IBS who only does his performance in the garden, despite having a tray indoors.I have some sympathy with him on this but for the fact that when he first visited us to appraise the job and give us a price for ongoing garden maintenance I was totally up front about the cat and his condition and which Ryan said he was fine with that, advising me he also had an elderly cat etc. We agreed a price and time allocated for each two weekly visits.The first time he visited, he did a good job, mainly weeding a pruning because we had to wait four weeks from appraisal visit to first call and so I had previously cut the grass.The second time he called, he only cut the grass and in considerately less time than agreed. He still told us the price was as agreed. We paid him for the time based on the hourly rate quoted.The next visit he did the full time allocated, did a good job and included the grass of which he did an excellent job. He did mention that the cats muck was a problem. I assured him I would do my best to ensure it was clear before his next visit. Unfortunately, he called at 8am and even though I’d cleared up the mess the night before the cat had chance to do his worst overnight.The following visit, he did much less than expected for the time allocated. I was ready to let him go after this visit but my wife said I should give him another chance.That was this morning where he turned up, walked out to the garden, found some cats mess and left. Later sending a message that he wouldn’t be coming again.I feel a bit let down because I had been honest from the start about our cat and his medical condition. Obviously Ryan has found out new limits he wasn’t aware of at the time of taking the job on.

We are very impressed with Ryan’ work. He turned our garden around with his skill. I would highly recommend his services and he is very friendly and professional.
