Oak Lodge Dental Practice

I recently attended Oak Lodge as a new patient and was warmly welcomed by the kind staff. My appointment was with Dr Tercan and her nurse Louise. They were both amazing throughout and explained thoroughly! I would highly recommend Oak Lodge.

After getting a chip in an old composite, I contacted Oak Lodge for an emergency appointment as I was going on holiday. They were super quick at getting me in, Imran fixed it and it looks amazing. A super professional and friendly practice and I would definitely recommend.

I see Dr Gurpreet Tiwana as my regular dentist and always get on v well. Earlier this month I saw Dr Minesh Patel for some specialist root canal treatment; he is honestly the nicest dentist I have ever had - shook my hand at the beginning and end of treatment, introduced himself, explained what he was going to do, all the way through treatment he checked whether I was ok and explained what he was going to do next etc, so so gentle and kind. I would totally recommend Oak Lodge Dental - the reception staff are always welcoming and very good at communication - overall an excellent dental practise.

I had my Invisalign done at Oak Lodge. I am so happy with the results and Gurman was incredibly friendly and professional. I now go there for all my dental work even though the drive is an hour from my house its worth the journey. Can't recommend them enough.

After recently moving to the area I came for some treatment at Oak Lodge, and what a lovely friendly practice it is! They gave a really good explanation of the treatment I needed and the plan. The whole experience was just super easy and pain free! Glad to have found this lovely dentist nearby

I have been going to Oak Lodge for many years & it just seems to go from strength to strength.I have never been more satisfied with a dental practice & can thoroughly recommend the current team.Dr Gurman Sond is a gem!Competent, friendly & excels at putting patients at ease. He goes out of his way to explain procedures / treatment plans & is always supported by one of the fab nurses!I have never enjoyed my visits to the hygienist, I’m always braced - wondering if it’s going to hurt (or almost as bad, am I going to receive a telling off for my poor attempts at oral hygiene?!!!).Enter Yasmin… what a breath of fresh air! I felt completely at ease within minutes.The treatment was amazing - completely pain free & I can’t stop smiling to show off the cleanest teeth that I’ve ever had!Her pragmatic advice to keep my pegs white & shiny was delivered in a friendly & non-judgemental manner - I’m almost looking forward to my next visit..!One final word of praise is for the lovely receptionists.Always smiling & calming nervous patients, their friendly & helpful attitudes are such a bonus.They really do go out of their way to help when setting up convenient appointments, ringing with reminders or rescheduling at the last minute - nothing seems to be too much trouble.All in all, I’m so grateful to the awesome team at Oak Lodge for continuing to look after me so well, many thanks guys!

Really happy with the service I received at this dental practice, I booked a hygiene appointment without having to see one of their dentists (not due a check-up just yet) and they fitted me in the same week. I’m quite a ‘nervous’ patient and Yasmin, the hygienist was so amazing at keeping me calm and getting me through the appointment!

I have been to the same dentist for over 20 years sadly he retired so I was given arecommendation for Oak lodge. I had a great experience from start to finish, Before I went for my appointment the practice correspondence was great. any questions I had were answered promtly and openly.the girls on reception were really friendly and helpful. Gurpreet the dentist I saw was really great he was professional honest and transparent with the treatment plan I needed and very thorough. I also had an appointment with the hygenist Yasmin the following week, which to be honest I was dreading past experience they always hurt a bit. Yasmin was brilliant she was really friendly put me at ease and didnt hurt a bit. I hopefully will be going here for the next 20 years .

They took the time to ensure I was comfortable and pain-free throughout the process. I appreciated their patience in answering my questions and addressing my concerns.Post-treatment, I experienced minimal discomfort, which was expected and well-managed with the prescribed medications. The recovery was quicker than I had anticipated.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the root canal treatment I received from Dr. Minesh Patel and his nurse, Hannah. My tooth feels much better, and I have no hesitation in recommending their services to others in need of dental care. Thank you for your excellent care and support throughout the entire process.
