Always on time with house visits, zoom calls etc. Fast email responses.They did exactly as we asked for our dorma extension plans and made great suggestions to make it all possible and to allow for lots of things we wouldn’t of thought about ourselves. HY Building design, came into our lives a couple of years ago, we were planning an extension on the side to put a bedroom and utilise the existing bedrooms a dining area.They provided a design for exactly what I asked for and in addition provided us with two other designs to consider, one made our bungalow far two big and the cost beyond our budget and the other meant reconfiguring our whole home, but this created a great home, exactly what we wanted, although we had never considered what they came up with.The boys at HY really listen to you and what you want and come up with some great designs, I cannot thank them or praise them enough for the work they did in the design and in getting us our planning granted.We are still in the middle of this build, but drawing ever closer to the end, at which point I will upload some images to show you what these lads can do with a bit of a free reign to come with a design.Boys you did a fantastic job, and I will never hesitate to recommend you to anyone wanting work done on their home.

Tom and Johnny were fantastic to work with when we completed our single storey extension last year. From the initial visit, providing the drawings and accommodating the changes we needed to make during the build - nothing was too much to ask.Would definitely recommend and use again.
