Coleman Opticians Hearing & Vision Centre

After trying unsuccessfully to clear blocked ears with several different types of drops from the chemist, I knew I had to seek help.I came across Coleman Opticians.After reading favourable reviews, I booked an appointment online.I received a courtesy call soon after booking to confirm things which was nice.I got a friendly welcome on arrival and was seen before my appointment time.Clare did the procedure and was very reassuring.She explained a bit about how ears work when it comes to wax build-up, took a look in my ears, and detailed how the process works along with showing me the equipment.15-20 minutes later, both ears we're clear, and my hearing was perfect again!The procedure is a little noisy and weird to start with.I didn't experience any discomfort, infact after i got over the fact someone was literally sucking the wax out of my ears I found it quite relaxing.The whole experience was great and can't recommend it enough. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Coleman Opticians for the procedure.

I can not fault this place, I pay £5.25 a month and it's worth every penny! I broke my glasses today, went in their shop and expected a few days to wait for them to be repaired but the lovely lady fixed them straight away. Lovely friendly staff. Best opticians I've used.

Used this practice as part of the NHS Eye Care system when I had a direct blow to an eye. Very impressed with the level of service, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

I've been with Colemans for a very long time. I wouldn't go anywhere else. You always receive such a thorough Eye examination. Helen has been absolutely fantastic when I have had some recent l⁷health issues resulting in blurred vision.As somebody who wears glasses all the time the Gold plan is like having insurance for your eyes. It is great value and the team at colemans are there when you need them which I have needed of late.They offer a good selection of glasses suiting all budgets that actually last. Kate and Rebecca always give me their honest opinion when I'm choosing new frames.Thank you again :)

Fantastic with everyone from children to elderlyJust to add no idea which opticians the reviewer complaining about fit added but it certainly wasn't Coleman!! The staff go above and beyond to ensure you choose glasses that suit you and fit well. All glasses are fitted to you and you can return at any time, free of charge, to have them adjusted if you need. I cannot recommend Coleman highly enough and their staff are incredibly helpful and amazing people! Even in these strange times their customer service is absolutely fantastic.
