The prices have just been raised (late July 2016), almost doubled to £2.30 for 12 hours, £5 for 24 hours from £2 for a day.The lift is shut down from 6:30pm which is a drag for anyone on the higher levels coming back later in the evening.Still, not a bad option for Crawley Rail Station. It's open 24/7 so you can have a late night in London and not worry about the car park having closed. As long as you get the last train from LON you'll be OK.

I parked here today 4th Oct 2019 .Had to go up to the 8th floor to find a space. ???On exiting the floor I was a a bit put out to find 2 people looking really dishevelled ,shouting and drinking alcohol lounging in the space at the top of the stairs .Not really happy leaving my car but had already parked .On returning I used the lift to avoid confronting them again .Mistake ,there was a huge puddle of urine in the lift which I had already trod in as the doors closed .I will not be using this unmanned parking again .No security ,smells really awful on the stairs and in the lift as being used as a toilet now .

Card machine declined 2 cards but I managed to get out of car park. However I was charged on both cards as was the 2 other people in the queue. Won't be using again

Good price for all day parking and have always found a space. The ticket machine is confusing; luckily the person next to me helped me out. Otherwise it would have taken a while. Apart from that, it's okay.

There is usually lots of space and its quite cheap. However, there are issues, including 1) it is not very secure as the entry security (enter your reg number) can be subverted just by looking into the car park and memorising any car number plate, so anyone can get in, 2) the lifts do not work, 3) its very messy and 4) there is an issue with the card machines, which charged me twice and didnt work at all for others in the queue.

Well lit car park with decent sized wheelchair accessible spaces. However neither of the lifts were working so would have been impossible to park on any of the upper floors.

£160 fine through the post from a debt collecting agency stating I have not paid my original fine issued by this car park back from 3 months ago, which I never even received! Customer service not responding either within a whole week leaving no choice but to pay or the fine increases. Avoid this car park, plenty of other decent ones in the area.
