AW Heating & Plumbing Services Ltd
The boiler smells of gas and have rang him 3 times to come and fix it and he never turns up. Managed to get him to come out and look at it, checked it said ok. 1 month later we now have water pouring out of boiler and no heat. So disappointing, Austin said he coming today to fix it, hopefully he will. Wait and see. Boiler is only 1 year old.

It all started off so well. he was so helpful and was delighted to accept a nice bottle of bubbly as a little extra thankyou. Since then he simply refuses to answer calls, texts, or any attempt to make contact. LOSER!!!!!!

We had a boiler fitted by a third party as part of an extension project. They could not wire the boiler up and we were without heating for about 2 weeks. A call to Austen and he came out at short notice to get the heating working temporarily and scheduled one of his team in to sort the problem out shortly after. Needless to say all went well and everything was done on time and left working perfectly - including wiring up a Hive system. Thoroughly recommended for a professional and efficient service.

AW heating and plumbing were great! Got the job done in good time, kept us updated and were really tidy! We had a boiler moved and replaced and all the walls (inside and out) were put back and made good. We also had a whole new bathroom and shower installed. Again neat, tidy and kept us up to date. Would definitely recommend and will use again! Thanks Austen
