Christopher Thomas & team have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, Chris is extremely knowledgable and answered any questions/ concerns we had with the property in question. This was our first lease and Chris explained the full process to us so we knew what to expect, We were very keen to sign the lease prior to Christmas, however were were having issues locating a solicitor to witness the singing with Christmas just around the corner and the effects covid has had, it was seemingly impossible! I told Chris of the issues we were facing and within an hour Chris came to the rescue and found us a solicitor who was willing to do it in time to complete on Christmas eve. He really and truly went above and beyond to help us and we couldn't be more thankful. He was a great negotiator between us and the landlord and nothing was to much trouble!
