A pretty average branch of Costa. Unfortunately there was very slow service on the Sunday after oon of my family's visit and an unsupervised trainee barista made me a cup of warm milk instead of a flat white but a more senior member of staff replaced it when it was drawn to her attention.

Staff inside stood around and talking, also using machines. Suspect they were using this as an excuse not to work and serve customers.

Friendly and quick service. The hazelnut latte was scrummy! We ordered lunch from their festive range and were delicious! Plenty of seating available and the staff were lovely!!

My favourite little coffee shop, always greeted with the warmest smile and politised staff, who promptly took my order and got on with making it, within a matter of minutes I was supping on the loveliest cup of coffee.

Staff always super helpful. But time after time after time is it dirty and grubby. Powers that be need to take serious note and invest in a daily cleaning service. Staff having to clean the place is clearly not working. Staff deserve 5 star, the cleanliness deserves a 1 at best. Also, how long to fix the simple flooring repair !!!!!!!

Not much to say about Costa, they’re pretty consistent. Nice coffee, good staff. This one has quite a few seats so always somewhere to sit whenever I’m in the area and pop in.

My visit to Costa recently was at the branch in Malton Yorkshire. This was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful and the interior surroundings welcoming and comfortable. As always with Costa the products served were of good quality and competitively priced. I spent a pleasant half hour conversing with a family member. The next time I go to Malton I shall visit Costa, there, again.
