I couldn't fault Adrian and how simple he made the whole process from a Whatsapp video call around the vehicle to getting the vehicle delivered to Scotland. We purchased our first car from Adrian at Twyford 4x4 after doing a tremendous amount of research on the car and model we wanted, even though the dealership was quite a distance from where live. Have to say it was an excellent experience from start to finish and really glad we purchased from him. He was very fair in the overall negotiations and not pushy like many other salesman in this industry. He also offered to do few bits to get the car in pristine condition before delivery to ensure we were fully satisfied. The after sales experience was also very good as he was very responsive and willing to assist right away. I liked the fact that it is a small family dealership where you can directly contact the owner who is accountable, rather than a chain where an agent may not take responsibility post sale. Overall highly recommend them and would definitely purchase another car from them in the future. All the best !

I dealt with Adrian when looking for a car for my wife recently - he was friendly and efficient in our dealings over the phone (I live some distance away from the dealership) and email. In the end we decided to stick with the car we currently have, but I would not hesitate to deal with him again in the future - proper friendly service with fast responses! Brilliant.
