I highly recommend Rupert. He replaced three windows for me and the difference is amazing. The quality of his work is excellent and he obviously takes great pride in everything that he does. He is very pleasant and courteous and nothing is too much trouble. His invoice was exactly as quoted. I will definitely use him again.

The team made and replaced some large sash windows for us. Their work was excellent and we asked them to return to install a new double glazed French door with fanlight and a huge bay window, which was done with the same expertise. They are very considerate and careful on the job and leave everything immaculate when they are done. The actual sash windows are beautifully made and fitted. Can't recommend them highly enough for workmanship, service, courtesy and punctuality.

Rupert attend yesterday and replaced a sash window cord. But he also freed the painted in window and added a lock. It was for a rental and he kindly called to check all was OK to do first. The tenants mentioned how nice he was to deal with and I greatly appreciated his communication and approach. Will certainly use again
