BEWARE, especially students. They regularly let themselves into my room whilst i was at work, on one occasion a director let himself into my room and 'borrowed' a guitar. If you get behind on rent or upset them in any way, no matter how little, they hassle, bully and steal (or, as they call it, hold on to items as security). I am also aware of them moving someones belongings into a smaller room whilst Tennant was out without their prior knowledge or agreement.Do not bother attempting any legal action against them. You will be met with a plethora of fake documents and false statements.These are two very unpleasant men. Their properties may be cheap but I urge you to look elsewhere
