Down to earth, business. Three blemishes/bumps/scratches sorted very well saving £900 on dealership quote. Chuffed to bits.

Horrible garage. Absolute awful communication. They ordered the wrong bonnet. Said 8 working days. Took over 4 weeks. Delivered without a logo and the bonnet was fit incorrectly. They said they’ll take half a day to fix the car again. Took the car, brought it back within half an hour and had bent/chipped my bonnet and covered it with polish to hide the mess. DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR

Went into the back of someone in December. Insurance tried to go through a couple of garages but for some reason they didn’t want it. Brydens garage contacted me straight away and came and inspected my car very quickly. About a month before my car was due in, I had handed my notice in for my current job which means I had to hand my company car back. I rang the garage who brought my repairs forward and had it done very quickly and to a high standard ready for when I needed it. Highly recommend the whole team and communication was great throughout

I had a fair experience generally. Lack of automatic courtesy car delayed the process, my car was sorted 1 week after it was picked up initially for repairs.I got my car back about 3weeks ago, and only just figured out that I couldn't find my snow screen shields x2 and scrapper x1, usually in a shopping bag alongside several shopping bags in my boot.Not sure if these were taken out during the repairs and afterwards, were not replaced. I have contacted the customer care today, was told I'll get called back, never got the call.Sadly, seeing that it's 3 weeks down the line, I might as well buy another one.

This is after they finished repairing my skoda. Great work in less than 2 weeks from being given details from the insurance, got a call next day. I wasn't able to get the car to them for 3weeks but they were great.Took car down christmas week. Was told would be in after new year.I had a call after new year with a date. Courtesy car waiting though smaller than mine . Garage apologised but kept me on the road. From day the car was taken down to them to me having mine back was less than a week.

Not recommended !!!Bodywork repair not properly done. Took it back. The manager was abrupt and dismissive and told me everything was fine and they were done with it. The contrast between the panel repaired and adjacent panels is noticeable, despite having been told in writing that blending would occur. It is not just me that is aware of this. The manager at the garage where I have servicing done, and he started his career at a body shop, noticed a difference - he has no vested interest in all of this.Fortunately, I paid by credit card and under section 75 of the 1974Act, I can claim.I would never go back to Brydens again

Used this garage following a road accident which happened in July. I got it fixed at the end of October, even though I had to wait a while, the actual repair only took less than a week. (Passenger side wheel arch dented and scratched, passenger side wing mirror replacement) They had brilliant communication with updates through text message. And the repairs itself were perfect. The thing I loved the most is that they cleaned the inside and outside of my car, which I found very surprising as didn’t think this would be done! Very happy with this garage. Definitely would recommend.

Had repairs carried out to my Audi. Excellent quality work, a couple of small issues that they sorted out very quickly. Joel kept me informed through out. Would use them again. Thanks
