Simon is an experienced sports and deep tissue massage therapist. His goal is to help you to increase mobility, reduce pain and recover from injuries, or simply regular maintenance on tired muscles. His customer service is friendly and warm, his availability to suit you always goes a long way. He follows strict Covid practice. I am a regular and I would highly recommend him.

After being a client of Simon's for 3 months, I would definitely recommend him for your personal training needs. He strikes a great balance between support, encouragement and understanding; along with sound advice and a good sense of humour! He's not a shouty Sargent Major, which is good thing from my perspective.
