I have been injured many times and as a result I have seen a lot of therapists,physiotherapists and osteopaths over the years; after a session with Lucy I feel better,I walk better,I even sleep better.I would see her every day if I could,for me she is the best.Thankyou Lucy.

I visited the clinic twice with different symptoms. After the visit, my health improved and overall my condition was good. Dr. Lucy is a good specialist with a professional approach.

I have told everyone I know about my very positive experience with Dr Lucy and my acupuncture sessions. I was extremely ill after an outbreak of shingles and contracted Ramsey Hunt syndrome which resulted in facial paralysis - after only 2 sessions and a course of Herbs my facial paralysis has cleared! For many people who choose western medicine (steroids) this condition lingers for months, sometimes years. I am still recovering from the vertigo side effects but am hoping another session will address this well. I will update my review afterwards but for now would absolutely recommend Dr Lucy, it’s clear she’s a very experienced and knowledgeable practitioner that I’m very thankful for as I was in avert bad way.

I will like to say this chinese herbal treatment is outstanding! my partner had a very serious menstrual irregularity and after a month of treatment in Yi Kang Tang Chinese clinic her menstruation returned to normal. After continuing acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment for 3 months. My partner became pregnant. Now we have a healthy son who is 8 months old.I would highly recommend Dr Lucys treatment as it was outstanding!

This woman is an unsympathetic and unprofessional practitioner. The aftercare is disgusting and she left me feeling more unwell. She is a cowboy do not go to her because of the google reviews! Please seek an acupuncturist who is well recommended by the British Accupuncture Association.***update*** In reply to the utter nonsense response below, which she is desperately trying to cover her unprofessional behaviour!This is not slander but the truth! I have bank account proof of transaction from paying this woman!! I was a patient the first and very last time!! I have also have proof from the many texts messages from Lucy the lady who runs the so called “business”! I sent many requesting that my treatment made my symptoms of worse. My husband even accompanied me to talk to her face to face and she ushered us rudely out of the shop, not even accepting to speak! I do not take these reviews lightly and would not recommend this service. She is so abrupt and disrespectful. She did not follow up aftercare properly and has a very awful bedside manner! I suffered for many months afterwards and had to seek help elsewhere to correct what she had done! Also on a side note! The clinic she practices in is unhygienic and dilapidated, this is where she uses needles! I would not recommend! She is a cowboy, only cares about making money, which she is quick to take from you!! Please seek a professional from the British Accupuncture Association, do not make the same mistake and don’t waste your money or jeopardise your health.***

The practitioner has no manners at all. She tried to sell me a ‘deal’ of one hour of acupuncture and some herbs. I’m an acupuncturist myself and genuinely believe I didn’t need an hour or the herbs she was trying to push on me: When I questioned her she told me to see a different doctor.

I have eczema on the face and chest for 10 +- years. I have seen lots of professional dermatologists, skin samples been sent to labarotory too many times and special creames been prescribed, however I couldn't get rid of eczema or take it under control, even using steroids. After my first treatment I was a little bit shocked, as my face redness start to improve and symptoms like - dry, itchy skin start worrying me less. I have visited Dr. Lucy around 10 times and face/chest keep improving and with prescribed tablets and creames I can keep it under control. Also, I would mention, that every 3 months I have to do blood test to check my liver function and my last results was the best ones in 5 year's. I believe it's a bonus from prescribed herb's :)From my experience Dr. Lucy is going with patient step by step and you can see/feel the support she provides.Price is affordable.

l've been had low back pain, right hip pain, right leg pain recurred for 9 months. After taking painkillers and physiotherapy, the symptoms were not effectively controlled, and it was difficult to fall asleep when severe. I tried TCM treatment for the first time, the doctor was friendly, I had difficulty putting on and taking off my shoes, the doctor leaned down to help me, the first treatment improved by 35 %. I was able to fall asleep that night. Acupuncture, tuina, heating lamps, the doctor is skilled, I am a muscular man, tuina for female doctors not only technical, but also great physical consumption. I have done 4 session treatments and currently improving by 90%. Exceeded my expectations, I recommended.

I’ve been going to this practise for a couple of years to help with my jaw pain (TMD) - I am in a separate treatment to have jaw surgery next year but having weekly acupuncture/massage really has helped me manage my on going pain release the tension over the years. I would definitely recommend coming here if you struggle with jaw/neck pain :)

I have been seeing Dr Lucy fortnightly for almost a year now and without her treatment I would struggle to continue working. Massage. ACupuncture and heat lamp all used in keeping me going. I am over 60 and without treatment I would have seized up by now. I would recommend Dr Lucy to anyone .
