This is the first time we had used Sam Heggis to look after our cat while we were away on holiday in August. The service was very good - photos and/or videos each day so that we knew that our cat was being well looked after. Sam also watered our hanging baskets and tomato plants. We came home to a very contented cat. We will definitely use Sam again

Sam (The Cat Butler Thame) is just brilliant. She has taken care of our cats several times over the past year or so and I would not hesitate to recommend her. Sam is so accommodating and tremendously helpful in taking care to make sure both our cats and we are well looked after. Sam provides daily updates on the cats wellbeing and is always accessible for any last minute emergency requests. Sam is professional, caring, communicative, tirelessly understanding and very very kind to the animals in her care. She is fully deserving of her five star review!

I am so pleased we found Sam at The Cat Butler.Sam was very attentive when looking after our Bengal, Luna, we received photos and videos of Luna whilst we were away making us feel relaxed and reassured that Luna was being well looked after. Luna can be a nervous cat around new people, so we did a first visit to introduce her to Sam and from this we could see Luna felt safe and calm. We highly recommend Sam, and will be using her again.

Sam looked after our 3 cats whilst we were away for 10 days, she visited twice a day and gave them lots of attention, making it less stressful for them (and us). Sam also gave medication to one of the cats.We were kept updated on their welfare with text and photos.Everything was great and I’d recommend Sam.

The Cat Butler service in Buckingham is amazing. It was very easy to book and have confirmation that Sam was available for cat sitting for the dates that I needed. Sam took very good care of my cats while I was away. I always received very detailed updated of the visits. I definitely recommend this cat sitting service.

Sam did a great job of looking after our cat for a few days. She was very trustworthy and kept us regularly updated on his well being with photos and video clips. It was great to see he was happy and settled. We appreciated the help with other tasks, like putting our bins out etc. Great service, thank you!

Professional and personable service. Cats were instantly comfortable with Sam, (which is an accolade for my cats). My cats are quite particular (fussy) but they instantly bonded with Sam which gave me great comfort that they were being looked after perfectly while I was away. 100% recommended and trusted.

Sam was very kind and patient when she looked after our shy and anxious rescue cat over the weekend. We found the Cat Butler portal very easy to use, the visit was well organised and Sam provided a video and photo update after each visit, which was reassuring. Sam is great! Kept us updated daily on our cats with videos and photos, which showed they loved her!Also went above and beyond and noticed water coming through the ceiling of our bathroom, she helped us sort it out and probably saved us hundreds of pounds in damages.Couldn’t recommend any higher!!
