Fantastic friendly service. They even took apart a basin tap for me to see if it could be repaired rather than buying a new one. Service of a level you rarely see these days. I will be returning for all my future plumbing needs. Excellent.

Went to TCD to see if I could replace shower rollers that were broken as original supplier didn't stock. Wow so friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to help. A perfect universal part, explained how it worked and changed each wheel for me as the part came with 3 different wheel sizes. Many thanks.

Pricing discrepancy I'd have rather been told the new price and paid the difference they refunded me instead so ordered it else where as same price not good for first time order won't be using again
