Me and my boyfriend went to Beacon Bingo he wanted to play on roulette on the machines. The people at the reception are friendly however the staff on the main floor are not as helpful and can be quite rude. I didn't feel like I had a warm welcome one of the staff was rushing my boyfriend to cash his ticket and we weren't sure how do it now

The staff are so friend and the venue is great but the toilets are discusting, they stink of urine and are obviously not being cleaned on a regular basis , this is only negative I have of this place . I do hope the management give my review consideration as a huge number of people pass through this club everyday.If the toilets were clean this place would be getting top marks.

My husband and I visited Merkur Bingo, we haven’t been for almost three years.The team was so friendly and helped us buyer the machines and the correct games.The kitchen team were also lovely, the food was delicious.We didn’t win, but we had so much fun.

Great bingo.. The food is good. Good night out for people who live alone. The staff are always there to help you. The only thing I found, there's too many link-ups.

My first experience of bingo and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The space was well kept, clean and tidy. Staff were polite and helpful. The members were very friendly. A nice place to spend time with friends or alone without feeling uncomfortable.

Love meeting up with my 3 friends. I only come out on Tuesdays. I have not won anything since I started 6wks ago but for £9.50 it is great value & I get to see my mates.

I attended their themed Caribbean Event, Miss Caribbean UK.The Food served was absolutely fantastic. I had the tastiest Jerk Chicken with Rice n Peas and Plantin ever. It was perfectly cooked, so soft , tender and the Jerk Sauce was perfect. Its a definite 10 out of ten for me
