Great team from customer service to mechanics really helpful. Everyone is so helpful it’s clearly a hard job with so many cars to fix. They worked on my car had to to do a lot of custom body repairs and did it to a really high standard would recommend.

My car was repaired by FMG after a small bump which was claimed on insurance. The agreed work included fitting a new rear bumper. Communications with them was awful and when the car came back, they had bodged a repair on the bumper (presumably trying to maximise their profit) The bumper was replaced with new but in doing so they messed up the reversing sensors. These were then fixed but now the new wing they fitted has become loose and unclipped.Worst service I have ever experienced from a garage.

It has been a long process with FMG. Car with them for 7 weeks to get “repaired”. Been back 3 times for their quality issues on the repair and still finding faults. If you can - go somewhere else!

My car is still there since mid September 2022 it's 3 of March 2023 (almost 6 months!!!) and I do not have an estimate date yet, they said it will take 2 weeks to repair (for me that was even too long). Still in there, no explanation.They only needed to replace the right front bumper and the front right light. No painting no welding. I will try to get my car out of there and bring it somewhere else. DO NOT GO THERE

Terrible place, terrible service. Do not bother using. My vehicle went in with minor wheel arch damage following an accident (non structural). They quoted £4,000 to fix it which was more than the value of the car so they wrote it off. I had it quoted myself and got a price for £330 to have it repaired. I therefore arranged to take the car back off of them. They did not release it to me for a week as they heard nothing from the insurance (my insurance company said this was unheard of from other repairers). Upon picking my car up the bottom bracket had been snapped off and the windscreen cracked. When asked for some assistance they kicked me out as they were ‘closing’. I sent in a complaint with damage photographs over a week ago and still no response. A bunch of cowboys who are only after making money off of people. Go elsewhere.

A brilliant service from FGM Bristol. Emma and Ree were so kind, helpful and made everything easy. The repairs were carried out quickly despite part shortages, I had regular text updates and the courtesy car was clean and reliable. Thank you so much, Kate Adams

i would not recomend this company or use them again.i had my car repaired here on insurance and a couple of days later from getting it back the body trim popped off when the trim was take off only half the clips had been used and most was broken, i then purchased the clips and sorted myself as i didnt want to send my car back there.i emailed them and was told they would pay for the clips and here we are 6 weeks on and nothing, and when i email them i dont get a reply now.very poor service and customer care is even worsemy word is avoid and go somewere who cares about the customers

These guys got me out of a bind when my patrol cap completely failed and snapped.Brilliant bunch of guys, really friendly and they didn’t have to stop what they were doing to help

Really great service, used them through insurance and was always kept up to date with repairs, communication was excellent. They picked up and dropped off my car to my convenience and went above and beyond with repairs and cleaning the car. Thanks so much
