Nice gym, quite clean and the personnel is polite.

Neat gym, nice swimming pool. Good accessibility for disabled and many disabled parking bays. However, despite this being owned by the council the bays are not monitored leading to many disabled people being unable to park. Pretty poor really as there is a local wheelchair rugby team that train here!

Great centre. Nice gym, good classes, great swimming pool(although always check pool availability before going). Good catering facilities too and friendly staff.

Fair play for a community place as gym, swimming pool and activities And clubs ,but the place always feels abandoned.Advertising the leisure centre needs to be displayed.

Adequate for gym purposes, could do with more gym equipment as some members seem to take over a whole area like weights

Only went swimming, so my rating is for swimming only, only one pool (roped areas) , boring. No slide, dive board, wave machine totally nothing, BUT quite warm, very clean, well maintained pool and changing rooms, adult swim cost me £4.55

Love this place, food and drink a little pricy but the centre is overall great value. Staff are welcoming and friendly.

The contempt that the customer is treated with beggars belief at Rossmore Leisure.This is mainly regarding the pool. If you are a keen and reasonable fitness swimmer you will be treated to constant and ever present Swimming Clubs (who act like they own the place), Staff Training & Aqua Gym sessions during public swim times, lack of lanes for general public use and generally poor pool management during the peak 6pm to 8pm time slots. It has got to the point that due to the problems outlined I changed all but one of my regular swimming nights as did others to try to avoid the chaos, this did not work as all that happened was the Management just made the alternative nights & times just as unpleasant by more of the described and or restricting the amount of pool available. Look folks some people swim better and faster than others.....you can't cram them into one lane and expect people to be happy. The thing is the Management seems quite happy to turn swimmer against swimmer rather than address the over subscription/usage issues that they have.... Rossmore is a miserable experience but hey they don't seem to care much (if at all) should you bother to complain or offer any answers for consideration.Update 9th October 2014........ yeah they are still at it messing around with time tables to fit in another club or in this instance another club with the lane being used by the site lifesavers so that's half the pool taken up, with a load of family/kids in the half left...... no provision for anyone who has paid for a 'swim' and no it was not just me that wanted to do that....... oh the schedule has been like that for ages I was told..... no it has not I stated and I have been going there now for about ten years so don't give me that. What has happened is that the management have done another bit of schedule manipulation to suit their own needs and damn everyone else. So out of three planned swims this week I have turned up for three and actually completed one. I am thoroughly disappointed but that is where the management of this leisure centre excell they are great at pleasing themselves and casting paying customers to the wind in contempt. Would they please consider this I would like a timetable schedule that is consistent and does not keep getting changed every time you go. It's not too much to ask and if it is going to be changed then a bit of advance notice to the 'CUSTOMERS' might be the way forward, but my suspicion is if they bothered to do this they might get a few more complaining about the way they run the show. I'm actually beginning to believe that the leisure centre management just does not want anyone to swim unless they are a club or going for a play-swim. Yeah they have to provide for all I accept that but they are really falling far short of the mark and give the impression that they don't really care much for complaint over the service that they provide, as it never seems to get addressed. Bad luck 'Rossmore Leisure Centre' I'm not going away and will keep on because I really feel you are giving a poor service and could do better.
