They are totally clueless so many parcels left on doorstep when I was in or at someone elses house now I have a card through the door saying I was not in and they will redeliver tomorrow no email or anything saying they were delivering today by the way I WAS IN THEY JUST DID NOT KNOCK LOUD ENOUGH I hope tomorrow they knock louder and do not take the parcel back again

They don’t even deserve one start. They said they tried two attempts to deliver, but this is not true. I was at home the whole day waiting for my parcel. They just wasted my time. This branch is very bad customer service. They changed their opening and closing hours without mentioning it online like Google Maps. So, again they wasted my time when I tried to ask about my parcel because they closed earlier than what is written on Google Maps.

A delivery vehicle collided with my house.After 3 visits to the depot I still have not heard anything from them or their insurers.I was given two numbers to call 511300,then 511304 neither answer.So 10 days after the accident I have heard nothing from them.Very poor customer service.Luckily everything is on video.

Just going downhill, hours changed but not updated as previously stated by someone else which now makes it difficult to collect post from here. I work Monday to Saturday 8 till 6 so it doesn't leave me with any options. Also I did use the app to request a collection and not a re delivery the next day to be told I can't collect it the following day because it went back out with the post man the next morning after specifically requesting I was to collect it. Not fair on neighbours who are taking in everyone else's parcels.need a later opening time like it was this is ridiculous!

I work long hours an can’t get my parcel cos I’m never home an trying to get in touch with these people is impossible av bin waiting for 2 weeks now they bring it out no one in take it back just goes round and round pathetic service never any issues with other companies

Pathetic service. I am not the slightest bit surprised they are haemoraging mony.I recently attempted to drop off some parcels for the company I work for at a depot in bolton. The employees (I can't call them workers) would not even open the door.This company is supposed to be providing a service yet we can not even leave things with them.The sooner they go out of business the better for everyone.I have never come across so many miserable, unhelpful people all in one place.Are these qualities an essential requirement for employment with this (dis)organisation?

The staff are all lovely and will do their best to accommodate (apart from the guy with one arm who is so miserable, I dread any kind of interaction with him as his negative vibes are strong!) It's difficult with the reduced opening times and not helpful either that the website/click and collect doesn't function that well.It's a system that's broken so please support the strikes to get the service back to where it used to be ... otherwise it might end up being another Evri service that chucks your parcels over the wall.

Staff and posties are brilliant. I've collected mail before it was due to go out for delivery and the lady working on customer service went into the sorting office to find my parcel before it left for delivery. Couldn't ask for anymore

Doesn't even deserve one star, absolutely useless staff, went to pick up a parcel but the waste of space I spoke to couldn't be bothered to get the parcel and now I've lost money because of him. Absolutely fumin. Royal mail are an essential service who every other time have been fantastic, but this branch is an embarrassment to the company. Avoid at all cost
