I’ve really tried to give these folks some business. Although the tiles are nice enough, customer service doesn’t seem to be a strength. I’ve been in this store 4 times and even when they’re not busy, talking to customers seems an inconvenience. My husband noticed the three staff when we walked in quickly scattered rather than even ask to help. He thought maybe it was just him. The last time I went in, I actually stood there for thirty minutes. In the end I left, went over the bridge to a competitor and spent £1,800 that day. I did end up buying a large item from Topps, but was so disappointed with this store that I ordered it through another branch.

Came in today to collect my order, the lady behind the till was so friendly and even offered to carry my order out for me. As I only ordered one large tile, I opted to carry this out myself. The lady then came around the counter to ensure the door was held open for me. The gentleman was also very helpful. Overall a lovely team that couldn't do enough for you, would highly recommend due to the amazing staff members.

I recommend Topps Tiles wholeheartedly, and want to thank the staff at the Cambridge branch and most especially Modupe for all their help in tracking down tiles. Their customer service is top notch.We used Topps Tiles back in 2016 to provide tiling for our kitchen, utility room and bathroom because they have a fantastic range and the prices were good. We've been extremely happy with the quality of the product and finish.This year (2023) we replaced our kitchen extractor fan and needed some more of the same tiles in order to adjust the wall behind it. The tiles we used have been discontinued for a while, but I phoned Topps Tiles on the off chance - but without much hoppe - that they could help.The member of staff who helped me, Modupe, was simply brilliant. She was able to check immediately and discovered that some old stock was still in the warehouse. When I went to the shop 90 minutes later, she had the tiles out and ready for inspection. I need a few more than the Cambridge branch have available, and when I told Modupe this, she immediately offered to ring around other Topps branches and bring in any available within the next 10-14 days. I wasn't expecting to be able to find more of this discontinued tile, and I am so grateful to Modupe and Topps Cambridge for being so proactive and resourceful in tracking them down. It's made it all so easy. Thank you so much!

couldn't find either of our accounts,were more interested in querying old order(if they existed)said as it was a large order would have to pay £100 each load....no help.....called stevenage sorted order and accounts in 2mins always an effort calling this branch

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very knowledgeable and we've got high professional advises from the gentleman behind the counter. We were quite impressed that he offered to carry our order to our car and even arrange it in the truck. Can't recommend it enough!
