Great range of food, long opening times and friendly staff. Only thing which annoys me hugely is staff on the phone whilst serving you. I feel that's very rude.

Great little local shop with a lot of choice from typical English foods too Asian and Polish type foods.Open long hours and in this time of covid they are still taking cash too.

Always well stocked, friendly, local store. Their ready meals are tasty, have very long use by dates and very reasonably priced

Very friendly staff, always a pleasure coming to this shop, and since the renovation new products a little American sweet section and a skwishee machine (like a slush but better) what more can you ask for from your local shop. Very child friendly to boot, my 2 year old and 1 year old always chatting to the guys and ladies that work there.

Unable to get a wheelchair into the majority of the shop, due to boxes & crates blocking the aisles.Mentioned to assistant at till, who couldn't be bothered & verged on rudeness, said they'd pass it on to the manager. Will wait & see if anything improves.

I got told off I am not allowed in with my dog without asking if my dog is guide dog or not. No signs outside the shop to suggest dogs not allowed.I used to shop here almost every day. It's save to say I won't be back.

Somehow my review has been removed regarding not accepting my £50 note. The woman behind the counter should be trained to know about counterfeit notes or invest in a note machine. She didn't want to accept it as she was unsure if it was real for fake. Went across the road to BP had no issues.

Terrible customer service! I've been a customer for years and they are knowingly selling faulty disposable vapes and refuse to refund them even after admitting they know some are dud. Avoid buying anything like this from this store. Very disappointing !!!!!
