I wanted to get a clock repaired locally and happily found Mark at Crouch Valley Clocks in Althorne. The customer service I received was second to none. Within a couple of minutes Mark was able to tell me that the repair was possible and affordable. When the repair and service were done and he was satisfied it was keeping perfect time, Mark then delivered and set up the clock, which now looks and runs like the day it was made. We were so delighted with the quality of the work, that we asked Mark if he would take a look at a treasured pocket watch which belonged to my great-grandfather. He has just delivered it back, the watch is in perfect running order and looks amazing.
