L&M Body Repairs

I was looking through Google to find an outlet that could repair my car since the rear bumper was damaged of my beloved Lexus NX. This organisation stood out with good recommendations and I thought I will try them for a quote. I met Phil an ardent Crystal Palace supporter and truly a gentlemen, if there was one. he was genuine person who did and does so much for charity. Really interesting man and we spoke for good half hour as if I knew him for years and were good friends. His office was full of lovely memories of friends and relatives who had passed away and yet he also had photographs for his present friends and fantastic collection and of cups, and football signed shirts of football boots etc. Real treasure trove. However, after a long chat we eventually started talking for business I can in for and that is to get a quote for my car. He said it will not be cheap but he will come back to me with a cost involved. I left and went around other repair shops around Croydon and got two other quotes. Phil's secretary rang and to my surprise, their quote was the cheapest. Even it was the cheapest, I would have still given my business to him purely on his attitude towards me and the warmth of the man towards his client, I found remarkable. I have booked my car for the repairs and look forward to meet him again, never mind the repair of my car!!!!! Phil, if you ever read this comment, do not lose that warmth, which very rarely is shown by mechanics or car body repair shop and I been to few.

I emailed many body shops as I had a spoiler that needed painting, Phil at L&M body repairs not only replied the quickest, also gave me the best price. After speaking to Phil on the phone I decided I wanted him to paint my spoiler, his attitude towards his work is what made me choose L&M and I am not disappointed. It looks amazing and I'll be using him again in the future for further repairs I need doing, maybe even a partial respray. Highly recommended!

After being turned away from many Bodyshop repairers, as my 1950 vintage Taxi Cab was deamed to difficult a job and tricky to repair.I drove into L&B body repairs.Surprisingly Phil said no problem we can sort the Taxi back to her former glory.WOW after a complete re spray, she looks absolutely amazing.Thanks Guys .

The L&M Team are second to none for Quality, Professionalism, Service and Value.Phil, Monty and the Team undertook a full restoration of my beloved but Rusty little MX5 and it looks better than I could have ever imagined..The paintwork finish and shine is better than Mazda offered it up as when it was New!!!Thoroughly recommend L&M, they are AMAZING....THANK YOU PHIL.

Phil and his guys are absolutely amazing. Not only did amazing work on my husband's car bonnet. They were approachable and quick. They have amazing attention to detail. I know that if my car would ever need any other work done, I will be straight back with them.

Phil is a legend!!! My suzuki swift had a awful left rear dent and tear on the bumper. After I found phil by reviews online I felt comfortable in popping over. I am so glad I did! Phil was excellent and his receptionist is also fab. A fair quote, gave me exact details of how he can fix it. I was really surprised that it turned out so well. Given my car is fairly old I didn't expect it to be flawless. The change is brilliant. Excellent friendly honest service. I would highly recommend if you have any body work repairs go see Phil and his amazing team. My car was returned to me after the work with a full valet, inside and out. Great service!!!!!

Someone had hit my beloved Vauxhall Astra J VXR and to repair it was going to cost me £700 from the insurance. I had a browse around the internet to find a better option and came across L&M Body Repairs by who I then visited. I spoke to Phil who said he will do it for £400 but not only will he fix the damage but make the car look *BRAND NEW* On 18/03/2021 I can say that the car will looks as much *BRAND NEW* as it could get with a full valet. I am so impressed by the results. If you need your car taken care of with time and effort as well as pride Phil is the man to go to he is the most professional man in this Industry in London. DO NOT GO ELSE WHERE YOU WILL NOT HAVE A WOW FACTOR!!!I have recommended this business to anyone who may need it
