Outstanding customer service from the minute I first saw the car until completion. Rich off offered me a fair price for my part exchange and a great deal on my new car! All salesman were very helpful and attentive of needs. For example, when I noticed a few things wrong with the car, Rich assured me that they would be attended to and they were! A massive shout out to Rich and Jay for the service they provided in regards to the purchase of my Audi A3.I felt under no pressure, with a professional and honest approach, traveled around 40-50 miles on view and was welcomed from the moment I stepped foot on the premises. The approach given showed the guys are warm and welcoming and further reviewing the car, Rich himself identified areas they are more than welcome to resolve to ensure the car is in top condition. After looking for weeks for a Ford Focus ST Line at the right price a found one at Rainford cars on their website, I contacted Rich and explained that i was in Belfast Northern Ireland and that i would possibly be interested in this car i asked Rich on the Tuesday how long he would need to get the car ready if i gave him the go ahead that i wanted to take the car. When i explained that if i wanted the car that i would be coming over on the ferry on the Friday night to get the car on the Saturday & would only have a few hours before i would have to get the return ferry. Rich said that he could have the car MOT ed, Serviced & valeted for Friday so i told him that i would take the car , after that Rich offered to have me picked up from the ferry at 6.30 on Saturday morning in the car By Jay which meant that i could test drive the car on the way back to Rainford cars . When i arrived on the ferry on the Saturday morning Jay was waiting for me and i test drove the car back to the office to find that Rich was already in the office waiting for me to do the necessary paperwork, offered me a coffee & was also able to tax the car for me while i was there, with such a friendly can do attitude from both Rich & Jay . I was then able to dive back in time to get the return ferry home.I would just like to say a massive thank you to Rich & jay for one getting up so early to accommodate me and two for such a pleasant experience throughout, hassle-free first-class service from a family run business, hope to do business againThanksRobert
