I have spent the last year backwards and forwards, trying to have them deal with the wrinkled liner (which they say is our fault due to “chemical imbalance” and was installed 2 1/2 years ago in sept 2019). This company either: don’t pick up the phone, don’t respond to a voicemail and it takes more than 1 email and about a week for them to respond.The customer service was appalling. We asked several times for someone to view the damage and it took us going to their Guildford office to arrange someone to look at the pool.Our complaint is still ongoing and will continue until we are satisfied with the outcome we believe is correct. They say the warranty does not cover damages like wrinkles. However, a pool liner (we have a PREMIUM liner which we expected to last much much longer) should not get damaged this easily and quickly.The company is very quick to take your money when building the pool but they do not care for their customers after the pool has been built.

Excellent service. They had what I needed in stock in the shop. Professional and knowledgeable and pleased to help - I got some good free advice regarding my pool problem even though I wasn't a customer at the time - but I am now. I will be back. Thanks!

Whilst I never used this company, I had them quote for a pool installation which they sent to me as a ballpark figure. £77k+VAT for a standard 15m x 5m pool. This is without covers etc - just installation and equipment. They did not even try.We had four quotes... this was one of them. All the others came in around £40-50k inc VAT with plant room, covers, heaters, and one even with a full patio built with lighting!

Definitely don’t use this company if you are thinking of installing a new swimming pool. One of the worst experiences I have had. I have chased for nearly 2 years to resolve all the problems they caused and still waiting!

Great Service. I was amazed at just how quickly everything took shape. Any questions I had were answered by the excellent customer service team. The install team worked tirelessly even when the weather was agaist them. I'm very happy with my new pool. Thank you Guys.

Really helpful, knowledgeable staff.Dropped into their shop for the first time a few weeks ago for some pool chemicals and was given first class service and lots of useful advice regarding my pool. I will definitely be recommending them!

Fantastic Service.I can't thank the team at Desjoyaux Pools in Guildford enough. From my initial enquiry to the final handover of my pool Clive and all at the Desjoyaux offices were professional and courteous throughout the process. If I could give no stars I would. Awful company. Had been servicing our pool. I’m not a pool expert so I did not know if they were doing it right or wrong. That’s the companies job to know that. They seem to recruit amateurs. Staff turnover is constant as the staff have enough of customer complaints and end up leaving (staff member’s own words). They were pouring chlorine direct into my pool which caused the lining to wrinkle and split. And it should never had been done this way. This was confirmed by another professional pool company I took on. My tiles around the pool have been stained by chlorine disintegrating into the tiles from the constant spillage. Had been told on numerous occasions the boss will call me back but failed to do so. The lining is now going to cost me a lot of money thanks to desjoyaux pools Surrey. Not to mention they would continuously forget equipment and arrange to come back which would stop me from doing other things. Their equipment is constantly splitting or breaking. The whole servicing constantly cost me lots of money. The new company I am very happy with and not had any issues. P.s they make u buy several different products such as chlorine granules and algae liquid. When all you need is chlorine tablets that have the algae formula already in them.

The build is good as it guards against the worst effects of ground movement. I have had no issues with the shell for 7 years and therefore no leaks.The maintenance is more difficult than a conventional pool as the relatively poor circulation means the risk of algae is greater and the lack of a bottom sump makes cleaning the dead algae out a problem. Back-washing with a conventional pump is much easier.The annual service is expensive as the pumps need to be removed and installed by a expert. The design of the valves is poor as they are much too stiff and the levers break. The filter-bag system is a fiddle and the skimmer mesh is quite fragile.The slatted cover looks great but does not keep debris out so a winter cover is a must.Replacement parts are expensive as you have to use their brand.
