Absolutely disgusted! The Managing Director is completely disrespectful to staff and treats customers poorly. Graham Ramsey you should be ashamed of yourself, you disgrace of a man. If you're not a people person then you shouldn't be in the line of work that expects you to have conversations on serious and personal matters everyday.

When they first came they were very good, promised to help us with all sorts of things but they didn't keep their promises I made 3 appointments to meet them and they cancelled each one very unprofessional.

Dear Mr Wizard – You are an idiot. You should learn the difference between a Company review and childish rants. I hope Google ban you from posting comments as you don’t seem to be very intelligent I have met Graham at his office several times while he helped with the mess that mum left behind and found him to be quite pleasant. A close friend of mine recommended I speak to Westminster Trust and they got sorted everything out. I tried a solicitor before them but didn’t understand all the jargon. Westminster Trust explained everything to me and my wife in English - the language I have spoken my entire life!! and they got everything sorted out. Mum is at rest now and I am able to move on with my life and want to thank all the staff at Westminster trust for their polite and professional service.Mark & Julie.
