Greenio installed a Zappi + 5.8 kWh Solar + 20kWh Battery System in 2022-2023.Greenio are a fantastic company; well run, organised and great friendly helpful people.I can't recommend them enough! (in fact I did refer them to everyone that asks about solar).I was surprised with their technical knowledge and how they worked with me to get the best possible results for the system. I will be using them again for a heat pump at some point in the future.

When I started having issues with my Zappi EV charger, I contacted Greenio and they came out and replaced my charger and MCB under warranty. Brilliant communication start to finish and prompt service. Special shout out to Michelle and Tom for their help throughout.

Just had Solar and a battery installed by Greenio and was exceptionally pleased with the service throughout the whole process. The first point to note is the communication has been excellent, keeping us updated on what to expect and adjustments to delivery (actually offering a few days earlier than planned) - I note this as I’ve had far too many experiences of chasing companies to find out what is happening and when to expect workmen to appear.The 2 Electricians (James and Carl) were fantastic, they were very professional, friendly and polite, keen to answer all my questions, as well as doing a great job with the install. This was also reflected by the managerial staff, who answered all my questions when we initially asked for a quote, and also very promptly arranged all the paperwork post install, so that we could setup a new tariff.All in all a very professional company who I’d whole heartedly recommend to anyone thinking of installing green energy products.

Having had the Zappi and Eddi installed by Greenio, it was only a matter of time for me to purchase the icing on the cake, the Libbi battery. The install date was arranged, and James & Carl were the engineers who had performed the installation. This took the majority of the working day, but the communication between engineer and customer was what you hoped for: professional. Having read up about the Libbi and watched YouTube uploads beforehand was also helpful. We chose the 10KW battery, and in the first week alone, only drew 1.3 Kw from the grid. As you can gather, I am over the moon. I would like to shout out to both James and Carl, who are a credit to your company, and look forward to working with you in the future.

Excellent installations by the engineers Flech , Abi and James.I Had a 13 solar panel system with battery , a Zappie Car charger.At a later date I had extra bigger battery installed to cater for my needs.I was given a good demonstration on how everything worked and how to use the system.Very impressed with the friendly and professional help that Anna and the girls in the office gave me.My son has also had 12 solar panel system with battery and Zappie car charger installed by GREENIO.We recommend GREENIO to everyone .

I have recently had Solar Panels & Battery installed. From my first contact with Greenio Ltd I was impressed by the professionalism & knowledge.I spoke to Luke (Salesman) who gave me a lot of info, I than had a meeting/survey with Luke & James (Electrician). At this point I knew I had the right Company.My installation was completed a few weeks ago by James & team who did a fabulous professional job. During this time I met Carla (Product manager) who is the most helpful & professional person, and who is still advising me on my system.It's been a pleasure doing business with Greenio Ltd from start to finish.I would highly recommend this company.

Had an issue with my 2 year old Zappi not working & contacted the original installers Greenio as well Myenergie. The response from Greenio was terrific & not only did they help in getting a warranty replacement unit sent out to me from Myenergie, they also sent one of their own engineers to install it despite me being over 100 miles from their headquarters, & again all under warranty. Throughout this issue their communication was excellent with non of the usual being put on hold for ages or being referred to our FAQ's" which is the norm with many companies these days......with Greenio you deal with real people who are committed to give great customer service."

This project includes designing and installation of a total of 18 pieces of 430W Solar Panels on both sides of the roof and 10Kwh home battery storage. I am very pleased with the work done by Greenio Ltd's project team. The installation plan was executed on time and with high quality. In particular, I am pleased with the Project Manager, Ms. Carla Lee, who made good suggestion on change of design, persistently chasing up the battery and inverter supplier, SolarEdge, to following up the installation problem which was eventually solved.
