It took 2 hours for them to collect a email that was sent to them in their office while I was there. So I had to wait 3 hours before I could have the vehicle. I'm just glad I went at 1 and not at 5. Don't know what would have happened. The people were very polite but was not happy to have caught all the traffic which was why it was booked early.
