Casey and Lucy fantastic team professional and excellent workmanship the whole project was excellent from Start to finishWould highly recommend them we are so pleased with the log burning stove such attention to detail amazing !!!!!! Casey and Craig fitted my much wanted Stove yesterday and today and to say that i'm delighted with the end product would be an absolute understatement. It's fantastic but what made the whole experience truly exceptional was their professionalism, the way they conducted themselves and the whole experience from first contact to end product. They were at all times considerate, friendly and just thoroughly decent people. Casey took the time to explain everything about the product, how to use it correctly, the right wood to use and how to use it and much, much more. All waste was removed and they left my house generally really clean and tidy considering the job they're doing. They put me in contact with a beyond nice company that sell all types of firewood ( Black Country Firewood ) I can't thank them enough either for their help. Thanks chaps, i'm one very, very happy customer.

Highly recommend Fleming Stove Installations, Casey and Lucy are a brilliant team , real grafters who get the job done. From Casey’s first visit to quote to the fitting he had a professional caring approach, clear that we were going to be more than happy and we are. I asked lots of questions and was given lots of advice to achieve my look, casey and Lucy left my home clean, took away rubble and only the plaster work to paint. Three weeks after the fit we have had our first fire and we are more than happy, shame it can’t be more than five stars ⭐️
