Need more organizational skills, lack of communication skills, with recruiting people.

I would like to say that my experience since starting have been amazing. From day one I have been supported by the Management team. The interview process was very calming and I felt relaxed and even when waiting to start, I was kept informed throughout the process.Whilst I was on Induction, within the head office I heard the Management team on the phones to the staff and was very Supportive.I would highly recommend this company.

Wouldn't work for this company no training rude management amd is corrupt. Was in a meeting and got spoken to like rubbish by the management.
