Absolutely awful customer service here! We ordered drink refills with our subs and the machine wasn't working properly, no fizz what so ever! When I spoke to the manager he was rude and unhelpful. Said he checked the gas and there was no problem and no one else had complained so I had to put up with it! When I said I wanted my money back for the drinks he got angry with me in front of my children and shouted Fine I will pay you out of my own pocket then" I obviously declined. Eventually after explaining that I hadn't received what I had paid for and that I would be complaining

Absolutely shocking quality of service!! Literally the last three times I’ve left after being told we are only offering cold sandwiches! It’s your job to warm them up. Why is the toaster always off?!? Spoken to many times rudely, in the past. Also the chav boyfriend who was waiting for his girlfriend just staring at me the whole time. Just wait else where I’m trying to order! I will never use this particular Subway ever again. Seriously the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever used!!

First time I had ordered from Subway. Ordered steak & cheese with extra bacon. Received a chicken salad one with no bacon. Staff won't answer the phone to complain. Won't order again

Awful unhelpful staff. Zero interest in the customer. Enjoyed some lovely loud conversations from all the staff members full of swearing whilst dining in. Some very choice" conversations. Glad I didn't have my kids with me."

Absolute Joke. You turn up and they refuse to allow you to use any of the offers on your app. I was in the queue watching them making the sandwich being made for the customer in front of me. Although the person was wearing gloves he kept rubbing his arms all over the bread when he was reaching in for fillings. If you like a bit of skin and arm hair in your steak and cheese this is the place for you. No hygiene standards when clearing old tables. Dirty food cleared from table after being left and bare hand used to wipe the foody bits off the table without a cloth or spray and then went straight to making someone's food...

So busy serving Deliveroo that you can wait up to 15 minutes before you are acknowledged. It reminds me to save time and money to make a ham sandwich at home. Avoid at all costs.

Incompetent staff don't listen to the alleges some hashad to make the sandwich twice because of getting it wrong again nd again wouldn't recommend themWaist of the food or was he hiding it out the back probably use for someone else to eatAnd not bin it
