After sweeping chimneys for 15 years I have been absolutely astounded by how much Rodtech has taught me on their 4 day training course. The equipment is excellent and very well made. The course was a warm and welcoming environment whilst also being very professional. I learnt some very important things relating to chimney sweeping that I was unaware of. Just finished my Chimney Sweeping Course with Rodtech. The course was very informative and delivered to a very high standard by Kathryn and Martin. At the end of the course I purchased all of my chimney sweeping equipment under the guidance of Martin, so I am now ready to start my own business. I will definitely be using Rodtech for all my future chimney sweeping needs.

some of there products are very flimsy I brought a inspection camera costing over £450 “with a one year warranty” used it a couple of times and the camera lead got caught on the liner causing it to snag / brake, I did contact them, the response was “ it’s not covered under the Warranty if it fails under use. So be aware your items will not be covered if fails while your using it. Which isn’t advertised under the warranty guides.The staff was helpful and polite. Just annoyed I’m out of pocket by a few quid.Please note I am extremely carful with all tools it did not brake by Brute force.

I have been using all Rodtech products since I qualified as a NACS chimney sweep in 2014. Firstly ordering the ultimate kit, then topping up with the extras and consumables as required. I must say that all of the equipment is top quality and extremely durable. I average at least 800 - 1000 sweeps a year and much of my original purchases are still going strong. The new tornado nest buster is simply superb. Well done Rodtech, British design and manufacturing at its best.

My kit has stood up to some serious abuse over the years, navigating tight bends, removing blockages, tar, bird nests etc. It is a real testament to how strong, robust and reliable the kit is.In my experience, customer service and communication has always been friendly and effective. I attended a Rodtech training course and was impressed with the content and delivery. Both theory and practical activity. The facility was well set up with different appliances to sweep and a 'faults' room! How many can you find! Again well thought through and demonstrating examples of learning from practical experience. The course provided knowledge in regulations, plus practical confidence in using their equipment safely and effectively.I value Rodtech’s continued contribution to the industry.
