Needed to get an id photo. First time I went the camera needed charging. Second time was fine except there was some technical issue that I could not use photos for a passport application which unfortunately means I'll have to get another set of photos next year for that. Otherwise, friendly and efficient.

Good service, also I left my wallet behind, and they kept it in their safe until I collected it.A big thank you!

We called into Timpson to repair my phone following a recommendation from one of our customers. We were served by Nigel who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and cheerful. Car remote stopped working. Needed new press button bit. Polite friendly member of staff fixed it in a couple of minutes. Reasonable price. Very happy

Roof box key had snapped thought I'd see if anything could be done. After a couple of attempts as the key was thin he managed to do it. We now have clothes for the week. Good professional service provided.

Really helpful, had exactly what I needed for alot cheaper than anywhere else. Just feel like I cheated on the chap down at Tescos though!! All in all a great service and Timpsons staff are certainly an asset to the company.

Fantastic Customer Service by Nathan. He was brilliant!I've been searching for a replacement cover for my car keys for 6 months, as all the buttons had pushed through. No-one could get hold of them. I thought I'd try Timpsons outside Asda in St Austell, i'm so glad I did!He managed to source one for me and had it ready to be fitted within a few days.On the day of replacing the cover, we soon realised we had a very stubborn car key fob on our hands (I think manufacturers must have used Gorilla Glue on it. It refused to open!) Well, Nathan didn't give up and although it took almost every tool he had, he replaced the key fob cover and went to my car to check it was working perfectly for me!Thank you for your hard work!Kellie from Tremarne Campsite
