It's a campsite that is very well laid out , fab facilities, lovely hosts Iain and Cindy, pubs if you like that and seaside rural. Muncaster castle is next door which you may have seen on flogit!

What a lovely quiet site, very well maintained, immaculate facilities and very welcoming wardens. The site has approx 50 pitches and is a 5 min walk to the beach or Roma baths. WiFi was also OK but had no phone signal most of the time. Would definitely stay there again, only next time I would take more provisions as there is no shop in Ravenglass.

Great peaceful site. Amenities are aged but spotless and clean and we were told they will be closing this year for refurbishment. The pitches were well spaced out. 5Min walk into Ravenglass and lots of really good walks direct from the site. Will definitely be stopping again.

Beautiful quiet campsite 15 minutes from the beach and a short walk 500 metres to another beach pub's. Enjoyed every minute and will come again. Facilities are good and fish and chips van on Friday.

Lovely site, clean amenities. Very close to the train station where there is a little steam train.You need to travel to go to a shop though, so be prepared.

Great site. Loved our three nights here. All usual amenities, wooded sheltered site, walks to water front literally 10 mins. Great pub, the Ratty Arms.

Very nice small site. Very friendly wardens who went out of their way to help us when we had a problem with our awning. Showers dated but everything kept spotlessly clean. Quiet site. Short walk to local pubs and cafe. All dog friendly. Lovely walks direct from site. Nearest shop about 4 miles away (Spar at the garage). There is a Wasdale shuttle bus at the weekends in the summer if you don't want to drive out to Wasdale Head. No regular bus service.

Very noisy at weekend music from other venue went on past 11.30. We were put near the top so could everything. Toilets and showers very clean only 2 showers but great idea had family shower ideal for disabled.

Good club site amongst trees. Peaceful location on edge of village. Facilities a little dated but always spotlessly clean. Excellent coastal walking and dog friendly beach on the doorstep. Mountains and lakes a short drive away.
