APC OVERNIGHT DEPOT

I did not experience 'overnight delivery nationwide. First impression of the e-mail, 2 hr delivery slot & tracking sytem were really good. Unfortunatly the delivery slot kept moving backwards and then came to a stop (ironically it had been close to my address a cpl of times during the day). Got another e-mail the next day and yes the delivery slot was surpassed again. This time it did turn up however I spent 2 days waiting in. Logistics of deliveries and route need major improvement. Terrible service Amazon!!!Amazon & other companies can get it right, why can't you?

Driver scanned our parcels and then left them at the depot as they didn’t fit in this van (understandable they didn’t fit but he shouldn’t have scanned them beforehand). The staff were absolutely lovely when we called asking for help.I believe we spoke to someone called Amy who allowed us to come down and collect the items as we needed them quite urgently, two other members of staff carried everything out to me car for me and loaded it up and everyone apologised profusely for the driver’s screw up.

parcel has been sitting in warehouse for 2 days, was promised would get it oday, guess what, no arrival yet again.... waste of time , do not use these, very poorly managed

Failed to deliver a package claiming that no one was in -- there is a 24/7 staffed front desk, so that was a blatant lie, I even checked CCTV and absolutely no attempt to deliver the package was made.Any subsequent attempt to contact the company failed, was kept on the line for 20 minutes before I gave up on trying to contact them.Never did I think there would be a company able to surpass Evri in pure incompetence.

Meant to have 7 items delivered got 1 item number 7 of 7 missing first 6 rang up to see where other 6 were for them to blame the seller saying they were late sending the rest when I know the seller and they send it all together because it’s one warehouse and I normally go down to pick up. Told the seller he was fuming staff are full of liars and cost me a £5000 job. If your a business needing next day delivery’s stay away from this company absolute liars and let downs and could end up costing you money

Worst courier I've ever had to deal with. A few problems I've encountered include delivering to the wrong address, delivering to the right address but just giving the door a light knock (its a business, don't just knock on the door, come in!) and attempting to deliver to a business unit after office hours. On every occasion, the guy I've spoken to at the depot just doesn't have the time to speak, rushes you off the phone, blames you for what's gone wrong and expects you to put in the legwork to resolve.

Aweful. Waited for parcel both times and reception was open too which could've easily taken it in. Still apprently both deliveries had failed to arrive". Then I have since called 5 times and been hung up on each seperate time (even when I was waiting in the queue for 30minutes beforehand!!). I have also tried to contact them by email

The worst delivery service i have ever experienced, 2 weeks later and I still don’t have my parcels that I need urgently. I didn’t even know deliver had been attempted the previous 4 times as there was no card through the door or email saying when it would be delivered.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Have had 3 different promised delivery days/slots and still waiting for the parcel to be delivered.

Absolutely rubbish. Appalling customer service. I waited all day for my delivery, following tracking, as guided. Eventually the driver was delivering parcel 56 (I was delivery 57) in the next street to me. Then tracking went dead. It was 16:10 on a Friday afternoon and my chances of contacting someone were zero. I contacted the shop who sold me my item. They managed to check their systems and told me the driver had taken my parcel back to the depot. They would’ve had to drive past my house to get back there … and still my delivery is now three days late. I contacted their head office on Saturday morning and was fobbed off by ‘we’ll get back to you’. Horrific company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
