The therapy is excellent and the ambience conducive to recovery. Administration, communication and management need considerable improvement and pretty well everything depends upon the group you are with. I was lucky here. The blue book sessions are best avoided given the personality of the man who runs them (James Young). Timekeeping is fine but he is rude to the point of being insulting to paying guests. Watch out.

I am so grateful for choosing Asana Lodge, It really was everything and more than I expected.I have suffered with addiction to substances for more than 40 years of my life, ranging from Heroin to prescription drugs.I was properly burnt out physically and emotionally, but not for long, all the team worked their magic. I really did love my time in here.All the rooms come with a comfy bed, en-suite bathroom and a TV.The communal area was amazing to hang out with my peers watch a bit of telly and enjoy each others company.Outside the grounds were mind blowing. The most beautiful sunsets and sunrises and open meadows to really soak up and get total peace of mind.My stay here was amazing. I learnt so much about being an addict, the time and support the Therapists put in really was above and beyond. Our days were filled with fantastic structure where we learned so many coping skills including emotional intelligence through to relapse prevention and much much more.They really do give you the whole package here to restore your mind and your body. Throughout my 28 day stay I heard other peers say It was the best rehab they had been to. As for me its my first and I honestly think my last rehab that I will ever have to attend. I am now 4 days at home and feeling stronger than ever.This place really does give you the whole package for restoring your mind and your body, thats what sold it for me.the sound baths were amazing but we also had a gym, infer red sauna and an amazing satori chair which was immense.I have to mention how good the food is, i really enjoyed every meal here.So lovely to have all your washing and Iorning done too.All the staff were so lovely and so friendly here, but a massive thank you to all the Therapists for putting in so much work and time with all of us, they all went above and beyond to support us, nurture us and get us to a place where we can really start our recovery on the outside. I feel ready now to live my life.The whole experience was amazing I am so grateful I chose this place for my recovery.Thank you everyone at Asana Lodge.

Great staff, great therapy both 1-2-1 and group. Excellent place to stay if you have an absolute mental crisis. The staff really get to know you, and genuinely care about how you feel. First day there and every single staff member knew my name. I would highly recommend to anyone out there who is struggling.

Asana lodge, wow what can I say. This is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself and my family. An amazing place to relax and recover without fear or judgement.24 hour on hand staff and outstanding therapy treatment. 5 star ⭐️ food with very talented chefs and kitchen staff, amazing luxury rooms and facilities, nothing is too much trouble.I feel full of life and confident in my future, with the best therapy I could ever receive.This is a place where people really care about recovery and individuals.I have left Asana lodge with the tools and knowledge to create a great future.I will be forever grateful. Asana Lodge was the best thing I have ever done for myself and for my family and I will forever be grateful for the programme, therapy and support I received whilst there. In short, Asana Lodge gave me my life back and it is the best money I have ever spent - it is well worth every penny. Each and every member of staff is fantastic and they all genuinely care about each of the clients resident at the Lodge. From personal experience, they all went above and beyond in supporting me in achieving recovery from my addiction as well as dealing with the underlying issues regarding trauma etc., that were an underlying catalyst for my addiction. I felt very comfortable in talking about my problems, and was able to do so without judgment but instead with care and support. All the other residents in the Lodge were equally compassionate and the atmosphere was very relaxed and even fun, which is not something I would have expected going it a rehab facility. I couldn’t recommend this place higher and feel very fortunate to have received their services.

Staff excellent, Food and chefs excellent, Facilities absoutletly superb, Gym great and sauna.Therapy sessions great very engaging and mindful. Loved Pablo's sessions and the rooms and surroundings are superb all washing and ironing done just superb.

I was a patient just after it opened in July 2020 and can not speak highly enough of the treatment, the staff and the accommodation/environment I experienced. It was undoubtedly a very difficult time in my life but what I experienced carried me safely through this time and has kept me safe ever since ( over two years and two months later). Thank you Asana for giving me back my health ( both mental & physical), my family, my life which I strongly believe, without Asana, I would have lost them all. Forever grateful. Julian

I spent three weeks in Asana Lodge. If you do not have serious medical concerns, it is the place to kickstart recovery in a friendly, dedicated community. The food was great, the gym is small but nice. The therapy was great.

AVOID!!! BE WARNED THIS IS NOT A REHAB CLINIC. Asana Lodge is not what it state. We put our father in for a month which cost us thousands of pounds and the service we received was disgusting. No real support provide. offered a simple detox and nothing further. We was sold the dream of how our dad would benefit from the state of the art technology in therapy. instead he was put into a group therapy as and when they could be bothered. Told us our dad had lots of mental and physical issues 1 week into the treatment and yet never tried anything further apart from feed him and house him. honestly be careful as no aftercare and no one responds back to our queries. i have to come onto review sites to express this bad experience as I would not want anyone to waste there money with such an unprofessional service. I would not recommend Asana Lodge for yourself or a loved one in need of care, instead they took advantage of our position. Such a shame.
