Been twice now (4 years apart) to get insoles.They’ve worked absolute wonders sorting out my knee pain, weak hamstrings and back issues.Would fully recommend for anyone with fallen arches.

Been struggling with 2 ingrowns (big toes on both feet) for a few years now and just lived with it until I started running again which was causing significant pain. Decided to bite the bullet and made an appointment and I’m SO GLAD I booked in with Joan because it was instant relief! Clearly an expert in her field. Thank you very much Joan. Highly recommended to anyone of all ages.

I had my first visit to Joan today and it was the best decision I have ever made!I went for pain in my big toes which I have been living with for literally years. 10 mins with Joan and she had it sorted! I can not explain the relief I am feeling right now. To be able to stand on my tippy toes without wanting to cry is amazing!I can highly recommend Joan!Professional. Friendly. Great value for money.

not sure why it says Malcolm Petts, my name is Andrea Petts and I have just had a biomechanical appointment with Joan Marsh. I highly recommend this lady as she has just helped me to get my posture corrected, something that numerous appointments with physiotherapists have failed to diagnose in the past. She explains everything you might want to know and is very friendly and puts you at ease throughout the appointment. Thank you Joan 5*****
