As I live in London, I called Shaun and we had a very straightforward conversation and after minutes I had a video of the car based on my preferences I shared with him. Shaun had a vehicle that I was interested in but as I am in N Ireland it would have been difficult and costly for me to view. After speaking to Shaun I felt reassured and left a deposit with him. I had several requests for the vehicle which were completed with no fuss. Brought my Mini automatic from Shaun. Exceptional customer service, went through the car and all functions. Connected phone to the car explained everything. Even had 2 follow up calls from them asking if I was happy with the purchase and was everything ok with the car. Never had that before. Highly recommend this place.

Recently purchase a 2016 Mercedes A class from Shaun at Wakefield cars. Shaun was extremely accommodating, provided me with full service history of the car and past MOTs. He even replaced some brake pads and a tire which was labelled as an advisory on the last MOT. The car previously had diamond cut wheels which were lifting slightly, these were resprayed black completely free of charge and came out lovely. The car was delivered to me (1hr 45mins away) and was in immaculate condition inside and out, you couldn’t tell this was an 7 year old car when it arrived if it wasn’t for the number plate, speaking of new number plates were put on the car which further improved the look of the car. Overall great experience and extremely pleased with my new vehicle.
