Went for take away at 10:20 pm. The girl at the till was sweeping floor in the front after taking order. She came back without washing hands and packed the food. Extremely unhygienic. Also she didn't even closed the box properly(photo attached) and food got cold until I recahed home. Very pathetic staff.

Nice place to dine in , we love the fries which comes up with different seasonings.... over taste is very nice and we would visit again but I felt the quantity provided for doner boxes esp is somewhat less..

First time eating from here and had Deliveroo bring it. Sadly through no fault of the shop the driver went in the wrong direction to us and waited somewhere for 10 mins and it took over half an hour to get to us by which time our food was stone cold. The driver was really rude too!Kebab was ok cold but I will definitely go collect mine when I next order.

The doner was splendid but the kids there were obnoxious. Not like it was the restaurant's fault but still gotta mark them down on that!

Had the box for one delivered. Absolutely amazing food. 1000 times better than the greasy kebabs from the regular shops. You dont feel grim after eating here. Highly recommend. Price is roughly the same as you'd pay for the other places in the area. Well worth a little extra.

I would not even give a single star. They have pathetic staff. Very rude and arrogant. I wanted to order food for myself. They it will take 30-40 mins. I said I can't wait that much as I was working and asked to use the washroom. Staff very rudely argued that you can only use it if I buy food from there. What a useless logic I wanted to buy food but their chicken would take 40 mins which is not my problem. I wasn't allowed to use the washroom. They really need to hire better staff who have some decency to speak politely

We tried first time original kebab. It’s very tasty, my family loved it. We certainly recommend everyone. Quick service, friendly staff, clean tables, good location, lot of seating area.

I had a mixed doner meal for two I’m not impressed that food .very less portion of £9.99 meal it’s not worth .it but good atmosphere around that area but i won’t be back again .

The food are so goooddd specialy my fave Lamacun Wrap. Ive tried most of their menus and i can say all are so good So fresh and hot and the staff are so nice specialy the Store Manager/owner Salman who is so friendly and accomodating and he always manage the tables are cleaned because he himself clean the area. Kudos to the staff of Doner Kebab Ruislip High St. Branch.
