Went in there because the spindle on our door broke. I'm honestly not sure I've ever had such welcoming, honest and expert service in my life. I didn't need to buy anything from them in the end but that didn't stop them focusing all their efforts on me. Truly exemplary and rare nowadays.

A fantastic, prompt and professional service...no messing about!! I was able to get inside my property, with a new set of keys within half an hour of calling..very reasonable too..loss or theft of keys is very distressing..getting it sorted so quickly really helped..highly recommend Hatts..

My son has just moved into area, unfamiliar with area and the locks on the door - had locked himself out - early on a very cold morning, low charge on his phone had to ring me to try to sort out - worried about unscrupulous tradespeople I looked on google for locksmiths in area and came across B Hatt Masters Locksmith - reviews were excellent, I gave them a call, in a bit of a panic, Luke was amazing - I instantly felt reassured that they would rescue" my son from being out in the cold for almost 2hrs on a dark cold morning - response time was immediate

Absolutely Fantastic. I was directed here by another merchants and found them to be extremely helpful. Repaired an old Chubb lock immediately even though they were busy and didn't try and force the purchase of an expensive modern equivalent lock. Will definitely use their services again.

Very good service as usual, have been using hatt,s for years, and moved away 12 years ago, but while on a visit to Buckinghamshire needed a grade 5 padlock for a job on my return home, no locksmiths near my home town sell these, so I would have to order it online, but hatt had several makes and grades on the shelf.Reasonable prices, and availability is key in the locksmith industry. Pardon the pun.
